i think about like that lah. cant really rmb if its all or not. but it a rather long warmup.

then we went on to do 40 pencil turns each side and 10 gai tui turns each side. so in total 100 turns . but no one vomitted.

by each school performing some dance

crescent did vitality, chung cheng did baby and some bamboo dance using ndp song, tanglin did ju hua tai and the bamboo one also, and nanhua did whack( teachers day dance 2008) and spanish.

by this time, my hair was already sticky, sweaty and wet. such that i tie my hair, got sweat sprinkling out. so you can imagine , how much we work out , plus its not our school where theres aircon. but one thing good without air con is that ,your muscles are more warmed up and can do guo san guan easier. but the bad thing is that, our ji sen yi, must straight away wash and cannot keep for it liddat for the next practice. btw, my hair tie also wet.

tanglin taught some of us ju hua tai , chong cheng taught sec 1s the baby dance( a rather cute dance), nanhua taught some crescent the syf opening finale dance. while our sec 3 seniors taught vitality.

learnt ju hua tai, the steps are actually slow, but theres alot of formation. so its complicated . haha ,but i love it. anw, teach u all, next time. went to eat, and have 3 packets extra for those who never come. jiawei brought it home for dinner with her father. went back for practice. and its sleeping time. we really fell asleep ,and i wished nobody woke us up. go through the various dances a few more times and its time to perform.

wheeeeee, first was vitality ( nanhua+ other schools), letty's part was replaced by one guy from chung cheng, and he did some action of qiao gu. haha very cute and funny. nobody did karyee's part. then moving on to the 2 groups of ju hua tai. eh , i already trying very hard to be more gentle. haha got see a different chong lu khei or not? hahaz. later is the chung chengs one , that our sec1s dance. and after that is nh sec1s, indian and chinese dance. wah , the indian girl shake head so good. next is the chinese dance. woah, the fan close open , close open like very easy liddat. ahah, then its mass dance. ndp 2008, chingay, mass dance like flush toilet, ketchup, etc...

at the end of the day , everybody sweating like hell. i dint want to touch my hair . damm gross. and weimin still massage my head leh. ahah

went off to drink bubble tea with osme of them and we said goodbye.
