as for newspaper report( baozhang bao dao)

2nd paragraph- for me, what i usually put for 2nd paragraph : is the reason why I think this situation is happening ( the 现象）

3rd paragraph and 4th paragraph-reasons

5th paragraph- 后果

6th, 7th , 8th-3 x 建议

last paragrap-总而言之

for newspaper report it is best to be more detailed and longer in the 建议 rather than the reasons.
